fantastic central stay!

I loved the apartment. It not sketchy at all and clean! it was also conveniently located near the metro and various restaurants. st paul's cathedral was just a short walk away! the staff were wonderful and helpful, especially one lovely young lady.
I wish the walls were a bit thicker. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

I found the location convenient, especially given the proximity to the tube station. the one-bedroom apartment i was given was very well-equipped. the staff were friendly. Teresa, in particular, gave helpful recommendations for nearby shops and activities. the excellent shower and super clean bathroom impressed me.

a decent place overall

The location worked out great for me. it's really close to underground lines, it made getting around so easy. i also appreciated the welcome jar of teas and coffee. A very nice touch after a long trip.
i stayed on the 5th floor, and the ac just wasn't working. it was a warm day and i could not get the room cool. they did install fans in the room but they weren't sufficient to cool the room down.

the location was convenient. a tube station was right outside. various cafes and places for coffee were nearby. the neighborhood was clean and safe.
we accidentally booked an accessible room. it did not work well for travelling with kids. there wasn't any divide between the shower and the rest of the bathroom (i found this inconvenient). as soon as one person bathes, the floor is soaked.

I found the proximity to mansion house tube station convenient. the fully equipped kitchen was also a great asset, great for easy meal preparation. having a washing machine and dryer right in the room added immense convenience, especially during a longer stay. i must also mention the 24-hour front desk. It provided consistent support.
the air conditioning made slight noise during the night.

the apartment was very close to st paul's cathedral so you had some great views of it from the nearby bars. it was also within walking distance to the tourist parts of the area! the apartment itself was clean and tidy. free breakfast pastries were available in reception on sunday morning.

Staff was very helpful. Location proved convenient.
The room was smaller than expected. There was not enough space for luggage, so one suitcase had to stay in front of the door at night. I did talk with the front desk, but I learnt that different units has different sizes.
